Hazardous Conditions

All hazardous conditions such as mold, rodents, bed bugs, or excessive insect presence must be reported before organizers arrive to the home.


During the session if some light cleaning (wiping off shelf or sweeping up small piles from a corner we are working in) is needed we are happy to assist. All major cleaning will be the responsibility of the client or a cleaning service company. We can provide a cleaner upon request. Our primary responsibility is organizing the space.


No smoking is allowed in the presence of the organizer(s).

Threatening or Violent Behavior

No threatening or violent behavior (physical or verbal) will be allowed. If this happens the organizer has the right to end the session immediately.


Clients must remove and secure firearms from the work area before the work begins.

Virtual Access

Session can be held over phone with photos or via face-to-face platforms (Zoom or Google Meet). You must have Wi-Fi access.


Services performed in person include up to 1hr of travel to and from the client's location. Travel exceeding this amount will be billed at a rate of $0.625/mi. For sessions requiring an overnight stay, lodging and incidentals for the team will be the responsibility of the client. This amount is based on location. An invoice for this amount will be sent once the client agreement is signed. The overnight fee reserves lodging and is nonrefundable.

Cancelations / No Shows

We kindly request a 48-hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. We understand life happens. Deposits can be transferred to new session date. To reschedule please call: 713-624-0869. A cancelation fee of $400 will be charged for any No Show to the session or less than 24hr cancelation.
